CONDITIONS

OPTION 1:

  • Invest €2,000,000 in Spanish government bonds

OPTION 2:

  • Invest €1,000,000 in Spanish company shares/shares not traded or social shares

OPTION 3:

  • Deposit €1,000,000 in a bank in Spain

APPLICATION PACKAGE

  1. Completed application forms (2 copies)
  2. Two recent photo ID, 35×45 mm
  3. Passport (national and international passport, copies of all identification pages)
  4. Health insurance coverage in Spain 
  5. Evidence of sufficient means of substance during your stay in Spain (€ 2 130/single applicant and an additional of €532 for each dependent)
  6. Police certificate of good conduct for the last five (5) years
  7. Medical certificate attesting you do not carry a contagious or a severe disease
  8. Documents and certificates confirming the presence of financial means (according to selected option: 1, 2 or 3)
  9. Residence tenancy agreement or an ewnership deed of a property in Spain
  10. Documents confirming the applicant’s investment of €2,000,000 or more in Spanish government bonds, OR
  11. Documents certifying the investment of €1,000,000 in Spanish company shares/shares not traded or social shares OR
  12. Bank certificate confirming a deposit of €1,000,000 in a bank account in Spain

IMMIGRATION PROCESS

  1. We will provide you a consultation regarding: the process of immigration to Spain, the procedures of obtaining a residence permit, questions related to education, insurance, integration, healthcare, administrative and other aspects associated with your move to Spain
  2. Signature of the agreement
  3. You will have to prepare and legalize the required documents
  4. We have a team of sworn translators who are responsible for translating all the documents into Spanish
  5. You will have to arrive to Spain in order to open a bank account, AND
  6. Invest €1,000,000 in Spanish shares, OR
  7. Invest €2,000,000 in Spanish government debt bonds, OR
  8. Deposit €1,000,000 EUR in a Spanish bank
  9. We prepare your application and will submit it to the Spanish immigration authorities
  10. You will obtain the Spanish immigration visa
  11. You will able to arrive to Spain and receive your first resident card, valid for one (1) year and is renewable
  12. 60 days before the expiration of your resident card, you must apply for an extension and your next two (2) resident cards that will be valid for two (2) years each
  13. After living in Spain for five (5) years, you are eligible to apply for a permanent residence card, which is valid ten (10) years

FAMILY MEMBERS

The members of your family (spouse and children) are be included in the immigration process to Spain and will obtain a Spanish residence permit.  

SPANISH CITIZENSHIP

After living in Spain for a period of ten (10) years, your family and you are eligible to apply for a Spanish citizenship.
