    1. The applicant may be granted the three-year french resident card if he/she is likely to make a significant and lasting contribution, through your skills and talents, to France’s economic development or to cultural, intellectual, scientific or athletic prestige;
    2. The application will be processed on the basis of the usefulness and quality of the project, on the motivation and commitment of the candidate, on his/her skills and qualifications to direct the project and on the resources available to bring it to fruition.
    3. University graduates and qualified professionals with a minimum of 1 to 3 years of professional experience in the field they apply for the visa;
    4. Have a business project and invest in it at least 300 000 EUR; OR
    5. Create or conserve at least 2 jobs in France (the one of the applicant or his family excluded).

    8. Bank certificate attesting you have sufficient funds;

    11. Letter of work reference included information concerning the positions, main responsibilities and duties, the number of hours worked per week, total annual salary;
    12. Birth certificate;
    13. Marriage certificate;
    14. Residence tenancy agreement (or purchase agreement) in France;
    15. Health insurance coverage for one (1) year in France.
