The Spanish government will pass a new legislation that will allow foreigners who buy property worth at least €500,000.00 to receive permanent residency in the Kingdom of Spain. Other options will also be considered such as investments in stocks or bonds, residency for foreign researchers as well as students pursuing Masters Degrees with the aim of creating jobs in Spain.
