  • Option A. Contribute USD $150,000 for a single applicant to the Grenada National Transformation Fund. An additional amount of USD $50,000 is to be added for a spouse and or for a family with up to 2 children. Subsequently, each additional dependent adds USD $25,000 to the contribution total amount.OR
  • Option B. Investment of at least USD $220,000 in a government approved real estate project in Grenada. The property must be kept for 5 years after Grenadian citizenship is granted. The government fees under the real estate option are USD $50,000.

Application fees for Option A:

Passport: Following the receipt of the Certificate of Registration, we can finally apply for a Grenadian passport on behalf of you and your family. The Grenadian passport will be issued within about 1-2 weeks and is valid for 5 years.
