Have a regular monthly pension of  8000  Argentinian pesos  (+-€740).

  7. Attestation delivered by a bank, a financial company, a government, an international organism, a private company, etc. proving that you are the legal recipient of a regular pension;
  8. Proof that you have sufficient financial means to reside in Argentina;
  9. A letter of motivation explaining the reason for you desire to live in Argentina;
  10. Two (2) bank notes showing the concerned pension.

ARGENTINA: IMMIGRATION PROCESS

  1. We offer you a private consultation to discuss the best option for you, according to your needs, to get the residency permit in Argentina;

  3. All of your documents will be translated in Spanish by our sworn translators;

MONACO: CONDITIONS

  4. Police certificate from the relevant authorities of the applicant’s home country or from any other country where the applicant resided for over one (1) year;
  5. Certificate of birth / marriage;
  6. Health insurance covering all risks on the territory of Monaco;
  7. Confirmation documents to show sufficient funds: a reference from a bank in Monaco certifying that you have financial resources to live in Monaco;
  8. A proof of pension;
  9. A property ownership deed or a lease contract of a house or apartment in Monaco;
  10. Motivation letter.

MONACO: IMMIGRATION PROCESS

  1. Consultation regarding immigration to Monaco, education, medical, administration and all other questions;
  2. You will prepare, legalize all necessary documents and send them to us;
  3. Our translator will translate all documents into French;
  4. You will come to Monaco in order to open a bank account and rent / buy a property or you can give us a mandatory to represent you by proxy;
  5. Comprehensive health insurance;
  6. We prepare your immigration file;
  7. Submit the immigration file to French and Monaco authorities in order to obtain a visa;
  8. The visa will be delivered by a consular service a few weeks later;
  9. You come to Monaco and apply for ‘Direction de la suretée publique’, where you will obtain a residence card – proof of your legal residence status in Monaco;
  10. Children under 16 years old will obtain a card valid for five (5) years;
  11. During first year living in Monaco: exchange of your driver’s licence;
  12. Your three (3) first residence permits are valid for a period of one (1) year, then must be renewed;
  13. Monaco resident card “ordinaire” is valid for three (3) years and is issued to a foreigner has lived in Monaco for at least three (3) years;
  14. Permanent residence card «privilégié» is valid for ten (10) years and issued to a foreigner that has lived in Monaco for minimum ten (10) years. It should be noted that after this time, it is possible to apply for Monegasque citizenship.

MONACO: FAMILY MEMBERS

Your spouse and children until age of 16 are included in the application and will obtain immigration status and Residence Card.

MONACO: CITIZENSHIP (NATURALISATION)

The Prince of Monaco may grant you citizenship via naturalization if you have resided in Monaco for a minimum ten (10) years.

  10. Documents confirming the legal source of your net assets
  11. Medical certificate attesting you do not carry a contagious or a severe disease
  12. Police certificate of good conduct for the past five (5) years
  13. Motivation letter

IMMIGRATION PROCESS

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

The Spanish residence permit gives you the right to live, study, receive medical services in Spain and travel visa-free in the Schengen area. However, it does not allow you to work in Spain.

  9. You must prove your adequate German knowledge the moment you wish to extend your Austrian resident card (level A2)

  1. The government of Austria maintains a quota for immigration each year which limits the residence permits for wealthy people applicants
  2. In order to keep your residence permit, you must live in Austria at least 6 months out of 12 months
  3. The residence permit you will obtain gives you the right to live and stay in Austria (and in other EU countries), however it does not allow you to work
  4. In a case you wish to open a company, we often recommend to register a business particularly in Luxembourg or Andorra (where the corporate tax is low)

  9. A letter from a Luxembourg bank showing that you have sufficient financial resources to live in Luxembourg. The resources are evaluated by reference to the monthly amount of the social minimum salary for a non-qualified worker (1 950 euro/month);
  10. Police record from the country of citizenship and country of residence;
  11. Proof of sufficient funds: a reference from a Luxembourgian bank attesting of the level of the interests;
  12. Vaccination book for children under 16 years old;
  13. School certificate (for children under 16 years old);
  14. Registration of your child in a school;
  15. A property ownership deed or a lease contract of a house or apartment in Luxembourg.

LUXEMBOURG: IMMIGRATION PROCESS

  1. Consultation regarding immigration to Luxembourg, education, medical, administration and all other questions;
  2. You will prepare, legalize and Apostillised all necessary documents and send them to us;
  3. Our translator will translate all documents into French or German;
  4. You will come to Luxembourg in order to open a bank account and rent / buy a property or you can have us represent you by proxy;
  5. We will prepare your immigration file and apply to the Ministry in charge of immigration and after approval the mentioned case will be sent to the Consulate of Luxembourg;
  6. The visa will be delivered by a consular service few weeks later;
  7. You will come to Luxembourg and within three working days must submit a declaration of arrival to the municipality of the chosen place of residence;
  8. You have 90 days for:
    1. Take a medical exam with a general doctor. The result will be sent to the  Ministry of Health who should inform the Immigration Department if the medical conditions are fulfilled in order to obtain a Luxembourgian residence permit;
    2. Apply to the Immigration Department for the issue of residence card;
    3. Go to the Immigration Department for the bio-metric data (photo and fingerprints);
    4. Come in person to get residence card at the Immigration Department;
  9. Return to the municipality to confirm the immigration status and receive a certificate of residence (certificate de residence).

FAMILY

You spouse and children included in your application will obtain the same immigration status and Residence Card.

CITIZENSHIP

It is possible to apply for citizenship after seven (7) years living in Luxembourg.

  6. Invest 250.000 EUR in artistic output or supporting the arts, for reconstruction or refurbishment of the national heritage, through the local and central authorities, public institutions, public corporate sector, public foundations, private foundations of public interest, OR
  7. Invest 500,000 EUR in investment funds or in venture capital geared to capitalize small and medium companies
  8. Performing an investment for a minimum period of five (5) years attested by a declaration signed by the applicant.

APPLICATION PACKAGE

  1. Form must be filled out,
  2. A recent ID photo, color, 35×45 mm,
  3. Passport and ID card (copy of its identification page(s)),
  4. Criminal record certificate from the relevant authorities of the applicant’s home country or from any other country where the applicant resided for over one (1) year,

Evidence of the purchase, public deed, a certificate issued by the Real Estate registry.

Immigration program “Investor”

Evidence of having invested at least 1,000,000 EUR.

Immigration program “Creation 10 jobs positions”

Evidence of having created 10 jobs positions in Portugal and registered the employees in the Social Security.

IMMIGRATION PROCESS

ANDORRA: CONDITIONS

Andorran immigration involves certain precautionary measures, to ensure that prospective immigrants are serious about moving to Andorra. To move to Andorra, you must:

  1. Open a bank account in bank on the territory of Andorra and transfer:
    1. Either €436 000 at one time, or 86 000, if you apply alone followed by an additional investment outlined below;
    2. Either €448 000 at one time, or €110 000 if you apply with your spouse, followed by an additional investment outlined below;
    3. Either €460 000 at one time, or 130 000 if you apply with your spouse and child, followed by an additional investment outlined below; 
  2. From the aforementioned amount you have to deposit €50 000 for the principal applicant and €10 000 for each each dependent to the bank account of Ministry of Finance of Andorra (fully refundable upon departure);
  3. During the six (6) following months after obtaining an Andorran residence permit, you will be expected to invest in real estate in Andorra or Government bonds as follows:
    1. ___€350 000, if you apply alone;
    2. ___€340 000, if you apply with your spouse;
    3. ___€330 000, if you apply with your spouse and child;
  4. The funds remaining are for you to support yourself and your family, 300 % of the minimum salary for principal applicant and 100% of the minimum salary for each dependent, which you can spend it as you wish:
    1. ___€36 000, if you apply alone;
    2. ___€48 000, if you apply with your spouse;
    3. ___€60 000, if you apply with your spouse and child.

ANDORRA: APPLICATION PACKAGE

  1.  Application forms: Sol-licitud d’autoritzacio de residencia, compromis, signatura del sol-licitant, declaracio jurada;
  2. A recent color ID photo, 35×45 mm;
  3. Passport and ID card (copy of its identification page(s));
  4. Certificate of birth, marriage (if applicable);
  5. An original police certificate dated not more than three (3) months prior to the submission of the application;
  6. Comprehensive health insurance covering all risks on the territory of Andorra;
  7. Confirmation documents to show sufficient funds: a reference letter from the bank, professional or business income, pension or any other proof that establishes that you have sufficient financial resources;
  8. Company registration certificate (if applicable);
  9. Vaccination book for children under 14 years old;
  10. Education documents;
  11. Registration of your child in an Andorran school;
  12. Certificate of non-bankruptcy;
  13. A property ownership deed or a lease contract in Andorra;
  14. Transfer proof of the amount of €50 000 (principal applicant) and an additional €10 000 (each dependant) to the Ministry of Finance bank account. Additional documents may be required.

ANDORRA: IMMIGRATION PROCESS

ANDORRA: FAMILY MEMBERS

Your spouse and children until the age of 18, are included in the application and will obtain the same immigration status and an Andorran Residence Card. Children under 25 years old may be included in the application if they are full time students.

ANDORRA: ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

  1. The government of Andorra maintains a quota for immigration each year;
  2. In order to keep your residence permit, you must live in Andorra at least 3 months out of 12 months:
  3. The residence permit you will obtain gives you the right to live in Andorra, however it does not allow you to work;
  4. Property acquisition tax – 4%;
  5. Corporate tax – 10%;
  6. An indirect tax (VAT) – 4.5%.

ANDORRA: CITIZENSHIP
