    10. Presentation of the project in French with a provisional budget for the coming years;
    11. Commercial lease pledge with the indication of the activity;
    12. Project of articles of association with the capital share;
    13. Any documents related to the business’ status in France;
    14. Documents regarding the candidate’s financial guarantee;
    15. Any documents that the candidate has the financial means to live in France;
    16. Birth certificate;
    17. Marriage certificate; 
    18. Residence tenancy agreement (or purchase agreement) in France;
    19. Health insurance coverage for one (1) year in France.

    FRANCE: IMMIGRATION PROCESS

      1. The applicant may be granted the three-year french resident card if he/she is likely to make a significant and lasting contribution, through your skills and talents, to France’s economic development or to cultural, intellectual, scientific or athletic prestige;
      2. The application will be processed on the basis of the usefulness and quality of the project, on the motivation and commitment of the candidate, on his/her skills and qualifications to direct the project and on the resources available to bring it to fruition.
      3. University graduates and qualified professionals with a minimum of 1 to 3 years of professional experience in the field they apply for the visa;
      4. Have a business project and invest in it at least 300 000 EUR; OR
      5. Create or conserve at least 2 jobs in France (the one of the applicant or his family excluded).

      FRANCE: APPLICATION PACKAGE

      FRANCE: IMMIGRATION PROCESS

      MONACO: IMMIGRATION PROCESS

      IMMIGRATION PROCESS

      OPTION 1. CONDITIONS:

      1. Evidence of 50,000 GBP as investments funds in your business
      2. Maintenance (for a period of at least 90 days prior to the application) to at least £3310 in maintenance funds in personal account.
      3. Meet an English language requirement skills at level B1 (the score must be of at least 95 points)

      OPTION 2. CONDITIONS:

      1. Evidence of 200,000 GBP in investment funds held in one or more regulated financial institutions and disposable in the UK.
      2. Maintenance (for a period of at least 90 days prior to the application) to at least £3310 in maintenance funds in your personal account if you are applying from outside the UK.
      3. Meet an English language requirement skills at level B1 (the score must be of at least 95 points).

      REQUIRED DOCUMENTS:

      The documents must be apostilled and notarized.

      2. One recent photo ID, 35×45 mm
      3. Current passport and previous passports
      4. Identity card
      5. Birth certificate

      IMMIGRATION PROCESS:

      12. Come in person (few days later) to get residence card at the Immigration Department
